Austin, Texas, September 28th, 2025 — PlebLab, the founder-led hackerspace and community accelerator for the Bitcoin era, announced today that their sixth Startup Day — Yucatán is coming to Mérida, October 9–11, 2025, in collaboration with Yopaki and the grand opening of White Paper House in Centro.
The three-day experience pairs hands-on startup programming with Mexico’s Bitcoin Block Party Vol. III and aims to catalyze the next wave of Bitcoin startups across Latin America.

Startup Day is designed for action. Founders pitch, announce products, and meet investors who are actively funding Bitcoin startups.
Builders and students get face time with operators who have been in the trenches. Policymakers and local leaders see firsthand how Bitcoin attracts talent, investment, and high-signal entrepreneurship to the region.
The result is a dense collision of people and ideas that accelerates company formation and adoption.

Yucatán delivers first-look demos and live reveals from five breakout teams at the edge of AI, Bitcoin, and Nostr.
Yopaki, CASCDR, Feed Filter AI, ShockWallet, and RUNSTR will debut new products and milestones with founders and engineers walking through what is shipping now and what is coming next.
Expect practical showcases of privacy-preserving AI, Bitcoin-native UX, and Nostr-based social and identity primitives, plus clear go-to-market plans and partner integrations.
