Austria’s financial regulator has fined Bitpanda €70,000 for breaching MiCA requirements covering crypto-asset white papers and marketing communications. The final decision marks the country’s first published, legally binding MiCA sanction and highlights growing regulatory scrutiny of disclosure and promotional practices.
