Binance has listed Strategy’s STRC perpetual preferred stock on its Stocks platform, expanding access to tokenized securities after the firm sold 3,588 BTC to fund dividend obligations. The move comes as Strategy boosts dollar reserves and maintains its long-term Bitcoin strategy amid shifting capital management decisions.
