Charles Hoskinson has warned that rejecting a major funding proposal could weaken the scientific foundation that has defined Cardano for more than a decade. His remarks surfaced during a community debate over decentralized governance after some Japanese delegated representatives (dReps) voted against a key research proposal submitted by Input Output Global (IOG).
