Forbes today unveiled its 11th annual 30 Under 30 Europe List.
The list aims to spotlight the continent’s most dynamic young innovators, entrepreneurs and changemakers.
This year’s list marks a defining milestone, as the first edition composed entirely of Gen Z honorees.
Notable listmakers include:

“From building industry-defining businesses to shaping culture on a global scale, they are setting the pace for what comes next.”
The average age of list makers this year is 27, with the youngest, actor Alfie Williams (breakout star of horror sequel 28 Years Later), aged just 15. 74% are founders or co-founders of companies and many of the other honorees are actors, musicians, creators, or athletes building their own brands.
Collectively, members of this year’s list have raised over $900 million in funding – up $100m from last year. The 2026 honorees hail from over 20 countries, ranging from Germany to Denmark, while the most popular cities that list makers call home are London, Zurich, Berlin and Paris.
For the first time, more than three quarters of this year’s list (76%) identify as Gen Z —born in 1997 or later—a massive jump from under half, 44%, last year.
The 2026 list recognises standout talent across a broad range of 10 sectors, including: Art & Culture, Finance, Entertainment, Manufacturing & Industry, Media & Marketing, Retail & Ecommerce, Science & Healthcare, Social Impact, Sports & Games, and AI.
All were scrutinised by Forbes staff and judges, with key factors including funding, revenue, social impact, scale, inventiveness and potential.
