The Hedera Council announced new additions to its Strategic and Community Partner programs on Jan 23 as the network enters 2026.
In a continued push for increased enterprise adoption and ecosystem growth, security firm Halborn joined as a Strategic Partner, while HashPack, Hashgraph Online, and Genfinity entered as Community Partners.
The newly added organizations aim to strengthen Hedera’s technical foundations while creating a more close-knit community team when it comes to Hedera’s discoverability outside of web3.
Halborn’s inclusion as a Strategic Partner shows Hedera’s added focus on security and enterprise adoption at a scale alongisde H.E.A.T, led by Rob Allen of Australia Payments Plus.

As a leading Web3 security firm, Halborn will work with fellow Hedera Council members to improve development practices and risk management across the wider network as more expansion efforts are underway.
Rob Behnke, Co-Founder, President and Executive Chairman, Halborn:
“Security is done best when it’s embedded into how systems are designed and operated from the very first day, and not treated as an afterthought. Through our role on Hedera Council, Halborn will contribute hands-on guidance across pre-launch readiness, continuous security engagement, and incident preparedness, helping builders and enterprises in the ecosystem collaborate and operate with greater resilience as adoption grows.”
The move is particularly noticeable as Hedera will target large-scale real-world use cases, where institutional participants will require robust security and resilience.
Community Partners bring newfound strengths that aim to support Hedera’s grassroots involvement and community ecosystem.
HashPack is a popular web3 Hedera wallet that serves as a gateway for users to access DeFi, NFTs, and decentralized applications on the fly, lowering the barrier to entry for new participants and non-web3 natives.
Hashgraph Online will contribute additional open standards and various developer tools that will help teams build new scalable applications, while Genfinity, from a journalistic point of view, aims to enhance Hedera ecosystem awareness via educational content and media.
The partnerships reflect Hedera Hashgraph’s strategy of deepening enterprise engagement and community-driven expansions, which can make up a larger network community in the longterm.
By combining institutional-grade security with unique, easy-to-use dev tools with a user-friendly infrastructure and environments like the Hedera Playground and Hedera Tokenization Studios, the network is positioning itself as a leading network above all else.
