Revenue for the fourth quarter registered at $30.1 million — representing a remarkable 634% increase compared to the prior-year period. Throughout the complete 2025 fiscal year, revenue expanded 604% to reach $50.7 million, marginally exceeding analyst consensus forecasts of $48.6 million.

The quarterly net loss expanded to $101 million, compared with $10.3 million in the year-ago quarter. On an adjusted basis, the full-year 2025 net loss totaled 62 cents per share, missing analyst expectations of a 25-cent loss.

Despite the wider-than-anticipated losses, market participants remained optimistic, concentrating instead on the company’s strengthened forward outlook. Ondas significantly elevated its complete-year 2026 revenue projection to a minimum of $375 million — representing more than a twofold increase from its earlier guidance range of $170 million to $180 million.

Shares concluded Monday’s session at $10.90, giving the company a market capitalization approaching $4.64 billion.

Strategic Palantir Alliance and World View Transaction

On March 11, Ondas and Palantir (PLTR) unveiled a strategic collaboration to incorporate Palantir’s Foundry analytics platform into Ondas’ unmanned aircraft systems. Chief Executive Erik Brock stated the collaboration “positions Ondas at the center of next-generation, multi-domain operational environments.”

Palantir shares advanced 6.74% on Monday.

Additionally, Ondas finalized an agreement to purchase World View, a company specializing in stratospheric observation technology, for $150 million in a transaction predominantly structured with equity. This acquisition aims to enhance its aerial and terrestrial autonomous capabilities with continuous high-altitude surveillance technology.

Management disclosed a pro forma cash balance of $1.5 billion following completion of the transaction.

Military Contracts Driving Revenue Pipeline

Earlier in March, Ondas disclosed receipt of several contracts collectively valued at approximately $6 million for counter-unmanned aircraft systems from defense and national security clients across the Middle East and additional territories.

The company’s current order backlog stands at $68.3 million, with management indicating that the majority of anticipated 2026 expansion will originate from its autonomous systems division.

For the first quarter of 2026, revenue is projected to range between $38 million and $40 million — implying approximately 820% year-over-year expansion compared to the equivalent quarter in the previous year.

The iShares U.S. Aerospace & Defense ETF increased 0.3% to $223.29 during Monday’s session. Competing drone manufacturer AeroVironment advanced 4.3% following new contract announcements, while recently public defense company Karman Holdings gained 3% to reach $102.40.

Ondas is scheduled to conduct its quarterly earnings conference call on Wednesday.
