SuperX AI Technology (SUPX) announced it has landed a substantial $38.8 million contract from Woodman Inc., a Japanese technology enterprise, to deliver Nvidia (NVDA) B300 GPU-powered server clusters. Following the news, SUPX shares experienced a nearly 2% uptick in premarket activity.
SuperX AI Technology Limited, SUPX
The purchase agreement was executed through SuperX Industries Co., Ltd., which operates as the company’s fully owned Japanese division.
These server systems will be deployed as part of an AI infrastructure initiative located in Yokohama, Japan. The delivery timeline is set for the middle of November 2026.
According to the contract terms, SuperX collected an upfront payment equivalent to approximately 20% of the total order value as of August 20. The outstanding amount must be settled before the hardware ships.
The deal represents the initial business engagement between SuperX and Woodman, positioning it as a fresh customer acquisition for the Singapore-based company.
SuperX has maintained an active presence in Japan’s technology sector. The Singapore-domiciled firm previously cultivated business relationships in the region through offerings centered on the Nvidia RTX Pro 6000 platform.
This new Woodman agreement elevates that approach by introducing the more advanced Nvidia B300 platform to its Japanese product lineup.
Woodman positions itself as a Japanese tech enterprise dedicated to maximizing underutilized assets, such as excess electrical capacity and idle computing resources. The company concentrates on artificial intelligence applications and high-performance computing infrastructure.
SuperX, with headquarters in Singapore, has identified Japan as a critical market within its international expansion roadmap. The company’s offerings extend well beyond AI server hardware to encompass liquid cooling systems, power distribution infrastructure, and comprehensive data center solutions.
This diversified product catalog enables SuperX to position itself as an end-to-end provider for enterprise-scale AI implementations, transcending the role of a simple hardware distributor.
The $38.8 million contract with Woodman represents another milestone in this expansion plan, positioning the company to capitalize on growing demand for advanced GPU infrastructure as enterprises increase investments in AI computing capabilities.
NVDA stock gained 1.42% at the time of the announcement, whereas SUPX closed down 3.42% for the trading session despite the earlier premarket increase.
