The cloud-based work management platform delivered earnings of $1.48 per share for the quarter, exceeding Wall Street’s consensus projection of $1.11 by a significant margin. Quarterly revenue of $364.62 million also surpassed analyst expectations of $355.55 million.

The revenue performance marks a 22% increase compared to the same period last year. The company achieved record non-GAAP operating income of $61.1 million, while GAAP operating losses contracted to merely $1.5 million.

Company leadership highlighted an organizational restructuring that intensified its commitment to the AI Work Platform as a primary catalyst. Artificial intelligence-related annual recurring revenue doubled sequentially and now represents 17% of net new ARR additions.

High-Value Customer Expansion Accelerates

The expansion among premium customers proved particularly noteworthy. Organizations contributing more than $100,000 in annual recurring revenue increased 37% on a year-over-year basis.

Meanwhile, customers exceeding $500,000 in ARR experienced a remarkable 68% surge. Total remaining performance obligations climbed 34% to reach $937 million.

During the second quarter, the company finalized its $870 million share buyback program. Additionally, management approved the transfer of approximately 197,000 shares to its charitable foundation for distribution in Q3.

The company posted a net margin of 9.17% alongside a 5.10% return on equity. Currently, the stock is valued at a price-to-earnings multiple of 40.49.

Street sentiment shows cautious optimism, with seventeen analysts maintaining Buy recommendations, seven rating it Hold, and one assigning a Sell rating.

The consensus price objective stands at $126.78, suggesting substantial upside from current trading levels.

Canaccord Genuity revised its price target downward from $140 to $115 while preserving its Buy recommendation. BTIG adjusted its target from $115 to $105, also maintaining a Buy stance.

Tigress Financial represents the most optimistic viewpoint with a $165 price target alongside a Buy rating.
