Metaplanet Investment plans to enter the U.S. market by acquiring a majority stake in Super League Enterprise and contributing 2,100 BTC plus $2.5 million. The deal would create Superplanet, giving Metaplanet a new platform to raise dollar funding and expand its Bitcoin treasury strategy.
