Payward, the parent company of Kraken, has agreed to acquire Magic Labs’ wallet-as-a-service business to strengthen its enterprise blockchain infrastructure. The deal will bring non-custodial wallet technology into Payward Services, helping businesses build digital asset products with integrated custody, payments, and blockchain capabilities.
