S&P Dow Jones Indices and Pantera Capital have introduced a revenue-based digital asset index that ranks blockchain networks using protocol revenue, liquidity, and market capitalization instead of price momentum. The benchmark aims to give institutional investors a more fundamentals-driven approach to crypto investing while notably excluding Bitcoin.
