Semler Scientific (Nasdaq: SMLR) has further bolstered its Bitcoin reserves by acquiring an additional 185 BTC for $20 million between May 23 and June 3, 2025. This acquisition brings the company’s total Bitcoin holdings to 4,449 BTC, valued at approximately $472.9 million at current market prices.
The company financed this purchase through its at-the-market (ATM) equity program, which was initiated on April 15, 2025, raising $136.2 million from the sale of 3.54 million shares.
To date, Semler Scientific has achieved a 26.7% year-to-date (YTD) return on its Bitcoin investments, highlighting the effectiveness of its strategy to integrate Bitcoin into its treasury operations. This move further strengthens Semler Scientific’s view that Bitcoin is a strategic asset, emphasizing its commitment to leveraging alternative assets to enhance shareholder value.
