Analog Devices beat Wall Street estimates on both the top and bottom lines for its fiscal third quarter, sending the stock higher in premarket trading on Wednesday.

The chipmaker reported adjusted EPS of $3.45, up from $2.05 a year ago and ahead of the $3.34 analyst consensus. Revenue came in at $4.02 billion, a 40% increase year-over-year, beating the $3.92 billion estimate.

ADI stock rose roughly 2% in premarket trading to $384.39. That followed a 3.5% drop on Tuesday as AI-infrastructure names came under pressure across the board.

The stock is up 39% in 2026 and has gained 63% over the past 12 months, fueled by rising demand for analog semiconductors used in data centers, industrial applications, and consumer products.

Q4 Guidance Tops Forecasts

For the fiscal fourth quarter, Analog Devices guided for adjusted EPS of $3.71 to $4.01. That compares to the Wall Street consensus of $3.54 to $3.55.

Revenue guidance came in at $4.2 billion to $4.4 billion, versus the $4.08 billion analysts had expected.

At the midpoint of the revenue range, the company expects an adjusted operating margin of around 52%, plus or minus 100 basis points.

The Q3 beat was led by strength in the Data Center and Industrial segments, two areas that have been key growth drivers for the company.

Peers Mixed in Premarket

Not every chip name got a lift from the ADI results. The sector was mixed in early premarket trading.

Texas Instruments rose 0.5%. ON Semiconductor was fractionally higher. Microchip Technology slipped 0.5%.

The moves come after a rough stretch for chip stocks this week, with several AI-linked names selling off on broader infrastructure concerns.

Analog Devices has now cleared the bar set by analysts for both earnings and revenue, and its forward guidance gives investors a cleaner picture heading into the final quarter of fiscal 2026.

The midpoint of Q4 revenue guidance sits at $4.3 billion, $220 million above what the Street had penciled in.
