BMNR added 40,302 ETH last week and strengthened its role as the largest corporate Ethereum holder. The purchase raised total ETH holdings to more than 4.24 million tokens and pushed the firm’s crypto valuation higher. The firm reported 193 Bitcoin, significant cash reserves, and multiple strategic equity stakes.
The company disclosed combined crypto and cash assets worth $12.8 billion and confirmed ongoing balance sheet growth. BMNR stated that part of the increase followed recent shareholder approval for an expansion of its authorized share count. The move allowed BMNR to resume heavy accumulation through new equity issuance.
BMNR emphasized its long-term strategy and continued its focus on digital assets tied to blockchain adoption and scaling. The company highlighted global interest in tokenization as a key driver behind its Ethereum-heavy structure. It also noted that ETH remains central to institutional development across many financial platforms.
BMNR increased its staked Ethereum to more than 2 million tokens and expanded its yield strategy. The company reported that staking now converts a large share of its treasury into a steady revenue stream. BMNR expects its annual pre-tax income from staking to exceed $400 million.
The expansion contributed to growing congestion across the Ethereum validator queue and extended wait times for new validators. BMNR attributed the buildup partly to rising corporate demand for staking exposure. The company continues building its MAVAN infrastructure to support scaled staking operations across the United States.
BMNR aims to finalize its validator network rollout during 2026 and position the system for commercial use. The platform will support secure ETH validation and increase staking efficiency for partners. BMNR indicated that additional upgrades remain underway to improve future throughput.
BMNR reported $200 million invested in Beast Industries and included the position under its moonshot category. The firm also cited a $19 million stake in Eightco Holdings and noted that both holdings complement its digital asset strategy. These assets remain separate from its crypto reserves and expand its exposure to emerging technologies.
Global leaders intensified digital asset discussions during the Davos meetings and reinforced blockchain’s growing role in financial systems. BMNR noted rising support for tokenized markets and emphasized Ethereum’s position within institutional adoption. Continued advances by traditional banks and infrastructure providers further strengthened this outlook.
BMNR confirmed that it remains one of the most actively traded US stocks and continues to record heavy daily turnover. Market data placed the company among the top hundred issues by dollar volume. BMNR stated that its expansion aligns with broader regulatory and structural changes reshaping digital asset markets.
