Intrator directly sold 200,000 Class A shares at an average price of $95.72, reducing his direct ownership by 10.66% to 1,676,815 shares. An additional 107,692 shares were sold indirectly through Omnadora Capital LLC, a vehicle he controls as sole manager.

Those indirect shares were converted from Class B to Class A stock before the sale. Omnadora Capital now holds no Class A shares, though it retains 22,695,432 Class B shares.

CRWV stock is currently trading at $89.76, down roughly 15% over the past week. The stock has a 52-week range of $60.55 to $153.20.

The selling comes shortly after CoreWeave reported strong Q2 results on August 11. Revenue came in at $2.58 billion, up 112.5% year over year. The company posted a loss of $1.14 per share, but that beat the consensus estimate of a $1.52 loss by $0.38.

Despite the revenue growth, CoreWeave remains unprofitable. The company carries a negative net margin of 25.41% and a negative return on equity of 47.95%.

The debt-to-equity ratio stands at 5.53, which reflects the heavy capital spending required to build and operate AI cloud infrastructure.

Analyst Reaction

Following the earnings beat, several analysts raised their price targets. Citigroup lifted its target from $142 to $159 and maintained a “Buy” rating. Robert W. Baird moved from $100 to $130 with an “Outperform” rating. Roth Capital set a $145 target.

Barclays raised its target from $90 to $105 but kept an “Equal Weight” rating. Needham held its “Hold” rating. The consensus among 35 analysts is “Moderate Buy” with an average price target of $141.10.

Truist raised its target to $155, pointing to nearly 500 megawatts of capacity added in the quarter. Piper Sandler lifted its target to $153, citing strong AI demand and increased Q3 bookings.

Institutional Activity

Institutional investors have been active. Vanguard Group increased its position by 275.6%, now holding over 27.9 million shares worth roughly $2 billion. Legal & General Group grew its stake by 8,455%, adding over 604,000 shares.

Mirae Asset raised its position by 67.2%, and Broad Peak Investment Advisers entered a new position worth $15.5 million.

Sell-side analysts project a full-year EPS loss of $5.37 for CoreWeave in the current fiscal year. The company’s 50-day moving average sits at $90.25, just above the current price.
