Whisper, a prediction market built natively on the COTI network, was officially added to the ecosystem as the project’s latest grant recipient.

All information is kept encrypted on-chain through Garbled Circuits, COTI’s programmable privacy technology, and bets are placed using pUSDC.

Whisper: From the Vibe Coding Challenge to the Official Ecosystem

Whisper’s origins trace back to the COTI Vibe Coding Challenge, a program designed to invite anyone to build natively private applications on COTI using artificial intelligence tools, with no traditional programming experience required. The challenge had a clear objective: taking an idea from scratch to a fully launched Web3 project.

Whisper finished in second place in the competition and received a prize of 25,000 COTI tokens. Following that result, the team was selected as an ecosystem grant recipient, marking the leap from experimental prototype to official network partner.
