Dogecoin is trading around $0.069 after months of consolidation. The meme coin is sitting near a support zone that has held for several years.
Traders are watching this level closely. A break below it could weaken the case for a recovery.
Analyst Joao Wedson shared data on the CVDD Channel, a tool that measures long-term value zones for Dogecoin. He noted that DOGE is trading near one of the lowest points this channel has recorded in its history.
Wedson explained that DOGE rarely trades below the lower band of this channel. Past visits to this zone have often lined up with periods where the coin was priced well below its longer-term value.
Crypto Patel posted a chart showing DOGE inside a large falling wedge pattern. He compared the current setup to the accumulation phase seen before the 2020-2021 price expansion.
According to Patel, a breakout above the wedge could open a path toward $0.11, then $0.32, if buying momentum returns.
Separately, Ali Charts pointed to Dogecoin’s Bollinger Bands, which have compressed to their tightest range since September 2023. Charts said this kind of squeeze has come before large price swings in the past.
He added that the current setup does not show direction, only that a bigger move could be coming. The next few weeks may reveal whether that move is up or down.
Coinvo Trading highlighted a five-year descending trendline that DOGE is now approaching. This line has acted as resistance during past recovery attempts.
Coinvo said a clean break above this trendline could shift the longer-term structure. If that happens, the next targets would sit between $0.11 and $0.14.
Beyond that zone, Coinvo pointed to a wider $0.20 to $0.50 range as a longer-term possibility if broader market conditions improve.
For now, the key support sits between $0.065 and $0.070. Immediate resistance is located near $0.073 to $0.076.

A move above resistance with stronger trading volume would be needed to confirm any shift in momentum. Without that volume, DOGE may stay inside its current range.
At press time, Dogecoin was trading at $0.0698, down 0.60% over the previous 24 hours, according to Brave New Coin data.
