Price has been declining from its 2024 high and is now approaching a key support zone that analysts are watching closely.

A TD Sequential buy signal has appeared on the monthly chart near $0.056 support. Analyst Ali Martinez said this suggests bearish momentum may be nearing exhaustion. The signal points to a possible reversal area, though it does not confirm a bottom has formed.

Martinez set $0.16 as the initial recovery target if DOGE holds support. The $0.45 level represents a longer-term target within the broader price channel, though reaching it would require multiple confirmed breakouts.

A monthly close below $0.056 would weaken the buy signal and could expose DOGE to a deeper decline below its current structure.

ETF Inflows Add to Bullish Picture

Dogecoin ETFs have surpassed $12 million in net inflows, according to data shared by analyst dogegod. This reflects rising demand for regulated exposure to Dogecoin from a broader range of market participants.

Analyst Daan Crypto Trades noted that DOGE is sitting in a large support area that has seen steady accumulation during past bearish cycles. He highlighted $0.08 as the key resistance level to reclaim, which would confirm improving momentum and point toward $0.118 as the next target.

Daan also pointed out that activity across the meme coin sector is picking up, with traders looking to DOGE as the market leader for direction.

Triangle Pattern Still Intact

Analyst XForceGlobal flagged that Dogecoin is moving within a multiyear contracting triangle pattern. Under an Elliott Wave reading, DOGE may still complete several swings before attempting a larger breakout.

The protected wave-four low and a red invalidation zone near $0.05 are the levels bulls must defend. A decisive weekly close below $0.05 would invalidate the triangle setup entirely.

A recovery above $0.10 would be the first sign of buyers regaining control, with resistance at $0.18 and $0.24 beyond that.

DOGE is currently trading at $0.07291, with ETF inflows crossing $12 million and analysts watching the $0.056 support level as the key line in the sand.
