Forkast Launches ATLAS, a Purpose‑Built Agent Harness for Autonomous Prediction‑Market Trading

14-Jul-2026 Crypto Economy

TL;DR

  • Forkast launched ATLAS, an agentic trading system for esports, crypto, and major sports prediction markets.
  • Monthly prediction market volume grew from under $5 billion in September 2025 to around $24 billion in April 2026.
  • ATLAS features persistent memory, tool use, and a self-reflection loop. No coding knowledge or trading experience required.

Forkast announced the launch of ATLAS, its agentic trading system designed specifically for prediction markets. The platform allows users to configure and deploy an autonomous agent in just a few clicks, with no need to write code or have any trading desk experience. The agent operates 24 hours a day, acts on high-conviction opportunities, and reports its decisions through natural language chat.

ATLAS stands for Adaptive Trading & Learning Agent System. Users define the agent’s market focus, risk appetite, and trading behavior, choosing between esports, cryptocurrencies, or major sporting events such as the World Cup. Under this design, the system is not a simple language model wrapper: it incorporates persistent memory, tool use, and self-reflection as first-class components, with an architecture oriented toward multi-agent orchestration as the product evolves.

The Retail Trader Takes On the Institutional Desk

Monthly prediction market volume grew from under $5 billion in September 2025 to approximately $24 billion in April 2026, drawing federally regulated platforms, hedge funds, and trading firms. The retail traders who drove that growth, however, are still operating with interfaces built before the boom. Forkast targets that segment.

The 2027 trader doesn’t click. They orchestrate,” said Chris Gonsalves, founder of Forkast. The company argues that closing the divide between retail and institutional players requires two simultaneous moves: agentic infrastructure that ensures continuous execution, and gamification geared toward real skill development rather than rewarding raw activity.

Forkast Bets on Esports

ATLAS launches with a particular focus on esports, which the company defines as the fastest-growing and least developed vertical within prediction markets. The platform integrates high-frequency data provided by GRID, which feeds market pages with real-time information on match status, player performance, and odds movement.

Alongside the launch, Forkast introduced the TVT Trading League, an agent competition where users deploy their ATLAS agent to compete in live markets for prizes in USDC. Individual player prop markets and the Battle Bar are also being added, a visualization that displays probabilities between 0 and 100% in real time.
