GPUS Revenue Guidance Remains Unchanged

Hyperscale Data reaffirmed fiscal 2026 revenue guidance of $180 million to $200 million. The company linked the outlook to execution across AI infrastructure and digital asset operations. It also cited contributions from its broader operating businesses.

The company operates as an AI data center business anchored by Bitcoin. Its strategy includes AI compute capacity, digital assets, and selected diversified business units. Therefore, the guidance reflects both infrastructure growth and existing operating activity.

Management did not issue 2027 revenue guidance. It said current commercial talks could support future revenue and cash flow. The company expects to give longer-term updates after more agreements reach execution.

AI Compute Contract Supports Growth Strategy

Hyperscale Data highlighted a recently announced master services agreement tied to AI compute capacity. The agreement starts with a 10-year term and includes two possible five-year extensions. It initially covers about 20 megawatts of critical AI compute capacity.

If the customer exercises the maximum term, the deal could exceed $1.2 billion in revenue. The agreement also gives the customer rights to another 32 megawatts of capacity. If fully exercised, total contract revenue could exceed $3 billion.

The agreement forms part of Hyperscale Data’s wider AI infrastructure push. Management expects deployed projects to shape future revenue growth. The company still needs implementation schedules before giving broader financial targets.

ACG Divestiture Call Set for Third Quarter

Hyperscale Data also plans to host a stockholder conference call in the third quarter of 2026. The call will focus on the planned divestiture of Ault Capital Group. Management expects to discuss structure, timing, financing, and strategic reasons for the separation.

ACG operates across several sectors, including financial services, digital assets, industrial services, hospitality, and defense technologies. The company also acquires, finances, builds and manages operating businesses. As a result, the separation may give each business a clearer growth path.

The call will also cover ACG’s main operating businesses and strategic investments. In addition, management plans to outline capital allocation priorities and long-term growth plans. Hyperscale Data said it will announce the call date and access details later this quarter.
