Hyperscale Data (GPUS) announced Tuesday that its Bitcoin treasury stood at 278.0314 BTC as of August 23, 2026, worth roughly $21.6 million at Bitcoin’s closing price of $77,755 that day.
The holdings are split across two wholly owned subsidiaries. Sentinum handles the company’s data center and Bitcoin mining operations, while Ault Capital Group (ACG) operates across a broader range of sectors including financial services, defense, and hospitality.
No Bitcoin was purchased or sold in the open market during the week ended August 23, 2026. The treasury figure reflects the combined position of both subsidiaries at that date.
Sentinum mines Bitcoin and runs colocation and hosting services for AI and other industries. ACG is a hybrid private equity and operating company with a wider footprint.
Hyperscale Data has said it expects to divest ACG in 2027. Once that happens, the company would operate purely as a data center and digital asset holding company.
The divestiture is structured through a Series F Exchangeable Preferred Stock issued in December 2024. Stockholders who surrender those preferred shares will receive equity in ACG once the split is complete.
After the ACG divestiture, Hyperscale Data would focus on high-performance computing services and digital asset holdings. ACG would continue its private credit and structured finance operations through Ault Lending, LLC.
Until the split occurs, ACG remains active across defense, industrial, automotive, hotel operations, and an AI software platform.
GPUS stock has moved sharply over the past year, with common stock up over 269% while its preferred shares have fallen around 1.5%.
The company is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.
