Revenue grew 25.2% year-over-year, marking Intel’s fastest top-line growth in more than 15 years.
The Client segment led the way with $8.9 billion in revenue — around $900 million above consensus — driven by higher average selling prices. The Datacenter segment brought in $6.3 billion, well ahead of the $5.5 billion Street estimate, with demand described as materially outstripping supply.
Gross margins hit 41.8%, beating the 39.2% consensus estimate.
Several firms moved their targets after the print. Bernstein raised its target to $110 from $100, keeping a Market Perform rating. Truist went to $108. DA Davidson moved to $100. Baird set the most bullish target at $125, pointing to tight supply and potential upside in data center revenue.
TD Cowen held its $115 target, calling out strong demand and improved output but flagging potential margin pressure ahead. Stifel lowered its target slightly to $110 on valuation grounds despite the strong quarter.
The average analyst price target across the Street now stands at $107.67. The ratings breakdown shows two Strong Buys, fifteen Buys, twenty-nine Holds, and three Sells.
InvestingPro data shows 29 analysts have revised earnings estimates upward for the next period. The platform’s Fair Value model, however, flags the stock as potentially overvalued at current levels.
