MNDY opened at $93.13, giving the company a market cap of around $4.76 billion. The stock is still well below its 52-week high of $252.86 but has climbed from a low of $57.50.

The company reported EPS of $1.48 for the quarter, beating the consensus estimate of $1.11 by $0.37. Revenue reached $364.62 million, topping forecasts of $355.55 million.

That revenue figure represents 22% year-over-year growth. Non-GAAP operating income hit a record $61.1 million, while GAAP operating loss narrowed to just $1.5 million.

Management pointed to a restructuring that sharpened its focus on its AI Work Platform as a key driver. AI-related ARR doubled from the prior quarter and now accounts for 17% of net new ARR.

Enterprise Growth Stands Out

Customer growth at the high end was a standout. The number of customers generating over $100,000 in ARR grew 37% year-over-year.

Customers above $500,000 in ARR jumped 68%. Total remaining performance obligations rose 34% to $937 million.

The company also completed its $870 million share repurchase authorization during Q2. It approved a transfer of nearly 197,000 shares to its foundation for execution in Q3.

Net margin came in at 9.17% with a return on equity of 5.10%. The stock trades at a price-to-earnings ratio of 40.49.

What Analysts Are Saying

Analyst sentiment is mixed but leans positive. Seventeen analysts carry a Buy rating, seven have a Hold, and one has a Sell.

The average price target sits at $126.78, well above where the stock is trading now.

Canaccord Genuity cut its target from $140 to $115 but kept a Buy rating. BTIG lowered its target from $115 to $105, also maintaining Buy.

UBS has a Neutral rating with an $85 target. Piper Sandler raised its target from $85 to $90 with a Neutral rating.

Tigress Financial holds the most bullish view with a $165 target and a Buy rating.

Institutional investors own roughly 73.7% of the stock. T. Rowe Price increased its stake by 15% in Q4, now holding over 1.27 million shares.
