Navitas joined NVIDIA’s Partner Ceremony on May 29 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center. The event gathered companies supporting the NVIDIA AI Factory MGX platform. It also highlighted the shift toward 800 VDC rack designs for large AI data centers.
The company is showing its 800 V-to-6 V DC-DC power delivery board at COMPUTEX 2026. The showcase runs from June 2 to June 5 in Taipei. Navitas placed the board inside NVIDIA’s AI Factory MGX Ecosystem Showcase.
The board uses GaNFast technology to remove the 48 V intermediate bus converter stage. As a result, it supports better space use inside compute server trays. The design also targets higher efficiency, stronger reliability, and tighter GPU-level power delivery.
Navitas said the board carries 16 GaNFast FETs rated at 650 V and 11 mOhms. The company placed them in its latest DFN8×8 dual-cooled package. The board targets 97.5% peak efficiency and runs at a 1 MHz switching frequency.
The design reaches a power density of 2100 W per cubic inch. Additionally, the board measures about 20% thinner than a mobile phone. Its low profile allows close placement near the GPU board and improves transient performance.
Navitas also linked the product to rising power needs across AI server racks. The company said power delivery now shapes the next phase of large data center design. Its GaN and SiC portfolio supports higher rack power, smaller systems, and better thermal control.
Navitas builds wide-bandgap power chips for high-efficiency power conversion across demanding systems. Its GeneSiC silicon carbide products support power flow from the grid to AI compute racks. These products serve solid-state transformers and three-phase power supply units.
The portfolio includes 2300 V and 3300 V SiC power modules for high-voltage systems. It also includes 1200 V SiC MOSFETs under the company’s Generation 5 technology. Together, these parts support higher power density and stronger system reliability.
Meanwhile, GaNFast technology supports high-frequency DC-DC conversion for AI GPU power demand. It enables MHz operation, faster response, and improved delivery from rack level to GPU level. Consequently, NVTS gained momentum as Navitas strengthened its NVIDIA MGX ecosystem presence.
