The integration will allow Pi to standardize the use of EigenCloud as the default registry for validators and verifiers, and EigenDA as the default data availability layer, where claims, application states, and the logic of all FastSet transactions will be stored. This ensures that every transaction and claim on FastSet is anchored in EigenDA, guaranteeing traceability and verifiability.

Despite this standardization, all protocols developed by Pi Squared will remain fully permissionless, giving developers the freedom to integrate operators, stake registration platforms, or alternative data availability services when architectural limitations arise. By default, Pi Squared’s tooling will use EigenCloud for stake and operator registration and EigenDA for data storage. EigenCloud will also provide developer tooling support, accelerating the protocol’s roadmap and adoption.
