Securitize Launches HINC Tokenized Fixed-Income Fund

Securitize launched the Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund, known as HINC, as demand for tokenized assets expands. Neuberger will serve as subadvisor, marking its first engagement in that role for a tokenized investment fund. The partnership combines Neuberger’s fixed-income management experience with Securitize’s regulated digital asset infrastructure.

HINC primarily targets high-yield bonds while also allocating capital to other income-producing fixed-income assets. These investments can include collateralized loan obligations and leveraged loans under the fund’s broader income strategy. Meanwhile, Neuberger will provide portfolio management and research through its fixed-income investment platform.

Neuberger manages more than $230 billion through its fixed-income platform and has operated through several market cycles. The partnership extends its actively managed fixed-income strategies to eligible participants using blockchain-based investment infrastructure. Securitize will make HINC available across Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana, and Sui blockchain networks.

HINC Expands Securitize’s Regulated Tokenization Business

Securitize Capital LLC will act as the investment adviser responsible for HINC under the new structure. Meanwhile, Securitize Markets LLC will offer fund interests to eligible participants who meet required investment qualifications. Other Securitize affiliates will provide tokenization, fund administration, and operational services supporting the product.

The fund targets accredited participants and qualified purchasers who satisfy regulatory and platform requirements. Eligible participants must complete onboarding and required know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering checks before gaining access. Furthermore, participation depends on jurisdictional eligibility and applicable securities laws governing the fund’s distribution.

The HINC launch follows Securitize’s recent expansion of its regulated financial services operations in the United States. Securitize Capital gained registered investment adviser status with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in July. That registration allows the business to work more directly with asset managers on regulated tokenized investment strategies.

Securitize Builds On Public Listing and Tokenized Asset Growth

Securitize entered public markets on July 2 through a listing on the New York Stock Exchange. The company also launched its shares onchain, linking its public-market debut with its core tokenization business. That approach positioned Securitize around growing institutional demand for blockchain-based financial market infrastructure.

Earlier, Securitize reported record first-quarter revenue of $19.5 million, representing growth of nearly 40% from the previous year. The company also reported $3.4 billion in tokenized assets under management during the first quarter. Those figures provided additional context for its continued expansion across tokenized securities and regulated financial products.

HINC now adds actively managed high-income fixed-income exposure to Securitize’s expanding range of blockchain-based products. The four-network rollout also broadens access across several established public blockchain ecosystems through one regulated platform. Tuesday’s SECZ rally followed the announcement as Securitize extended its push into tokenized traditional financial assets.
