SoftwareOne (SWON) stock surged more than 13% on Wednesday after the company posted strong first-half 2026 results, driven by margin expansion and the near-complete integration of Crayon.

IFRS group revenue rose 68.2% year-on-year to CHF 818.3 million. On a combined like-for-like basis, that growth was 11.6% at constant currency, with organic constant-currency growth of 5%.
The stock was trading around CHF 9.78 as of Wednesday morning, reflecting investor enthusiasm for the results.

Adjusted EBITDA came in at CHF 203.8 million, pushing the margin to 24.9% for the first half. That is a 4.5 percentage point improvement versus the same period last year.
The second quarter was even stronger. Adjusted EBITDA margin hit 28.9% in Q2, up 5.4 percentage points year-on-year. Like-for-like revenue grew 10.4% at constant currency in the quarter.
Adjusted net profit more than doubled to CHF 70.6 million. The reported EBITDA margin also improved, rising 5.2 percentage points to 22.7%.
SoftwareOne said it hit CHF 100 million in run-rate cost synergies during Q2, reaching the top end of its target range.
The company also flagged an additional CHF 5 million to CHF 10 million in synergies expected to come through in the second half of the year.
Management said the Crayon integration is now substantially complete. The focus is shifting toward commercial execution and customer value.
SoftwareOne has made a series of leadership changes as it moves into this next phase.
Raphael Erb was named sole CEO, effective August 1. The company is also consolidating its regional structure under three presidents starting September 1.
Regina Manfredi will lead the Americas. Rico Andreoli takes EMEA, and Varun Paliwal covers APAC. All three join the Executive Board alongside new Chief Channel and Ecosystems Officer Gudmundur Adalsteinsson.
Chief Operating Officer Oliver Berchtold is leaving the company.
The most recent analyst rating on SWON is a Buy, with a price target of CHF 10.70.
For the full year 2026, SoftwareOne maintained its guidance. It continues to expect mid-to-high single-digit revenue growth at constant currency, an adjusted EBITDA margin above 23%, and cash conversion above 60%.
