SuperX AI Technology (SUPX) has secured a $38.8 million purchase order from Japanese technology company Woodman Inc. to supply Nvidia (NVDA) B300 GPU-based server clusters. SUPX stock was up nearly 2% in premarket trading on the news.

The order was placed through SuperX Industries Co., Ltd., the company’s wholly owned Japanese subsidiary.

The servers are earmarked for an AI infrastructure project in Yokohama, Japan. Delivery is scheduled for mid-November 2026.

As of August 20, SuperX had already received an advance payment covering roughly 20% of the total contract value. The remaining balance is due before shipment under the terms of the agreement.

This is the first commercial transaction between SuperX and Woodman, making it a new customer win rather than a repeat order.

SuperX Builds on Existing Japan Presence

SuperX is no stranger to the Japanese market. The Singapore-based company had already established a foothold there through solutions built around the Nvidia RTX Pro 6000 platform.

The Woodman deal pushes that strategy into higher-performance territory, adding the Nvidia B300 platform to its Japan offering.

Woodman describes itself as a Japanese technology company focused on putting underused resources to work, including surplus electricity and spare computing capacity. Its focus areas include AI and high-performance computing environments.

A Broader Japan Strategy

Singapore-headquartered SuperX has flagged Japan as a key part of its international growth plans. The company’s product range goes beyond AI servers and includes liquid cooling technology, power infrastructure, and data centre solutions.

That broader portfolio lets SuperX pitch itself as a multi-component supplier for large-scale AI deployments, not just a hardware reseller.

The $38.8 million Woodman order is the latest step in that strategy, moving the company toward higher-performance GPU infrastructure as customers put more money into AI computing capacity.

NVDA stock was up 1.42% as of the time of the announcement, while SUPX was down 3.42% on the day despite the premarket gain.
