BMO Capital analyst Brian Pitz raised his target to $455 from $435 and maintained a Buy rating. Pitz cited stronger Google Cloud expectations, expanding capacity, and a growing backlog behind his revised valuation. He also recognized Google’s search leadership, but reported Gemini Pro 3.5 delays remain an area of attention.

Wedbush analyst Ygal Arounian initiated coverage with an Outperform rating and a $445 target. Wedbush identified Search, YouTube, Android, Gemini, cloud infrastructure, and proprietary processors as important competitive assets. UBS maintained a Neutral rating at $410, but its higher cloud forecasts strengthened the GOOGL stock valuation case.

Cloud and AI Shape Earnings Expectations

Analysts expect Alphabet to report second-quarter revenue near $116.8 billion and earnings of $2.87 per share. Moomoo cited revenue of $116.9 billion and net income of $35.3 billion in its earnings preview. Both revenue forecasts represent about 21% annual growth and reinforce expectations surrounding GOOGL stock.

Analysts project Google Cloud growth near 63%, driving one of Alphabet’s fastest-growing business segments. A larger backlog and rising enterprise demand support expectations for continued cloud revenue expansion. The quarterly results will indicate cloud margin progress, and Alphabet will provide details about its expanding computing capacity.

Market attention will cover Gemini models, custom tensor processing units, capital spending, and management’s 2026 outlook. Analysts will assess AI Search advertising growth, and they will examine enterprise demand for cloud-based artificial intelligence services. These measures will show how rising technology spending could support revenue, profitability, and GOOGL stock.
