WEMADE Launches Global Pre-Registration for Web3 MMORPG Legend of YMIR

Players worldwide now have an opportunity to secure exclusive rewards and participate in a range of events ahead of the official game launch.

Combining an epic saga based on Norse mythology with blockchain technology, Legend of YMIR is built on Unreal Engine 5, a powerful game engine used for creating real-time 3D content. Following its successful launch in South Korea, the global Web3 version enables seamless integration with the WEMIX ecosystem by way of in-game rewards token gWEMIX, which can be instantly swapped at a fixed rate of 1:1 for WEMIX, WEMIX’s native coin — ensuring stability and liquidity. For instance, clans that win the Server Wars will receive a portion of the gWEMIX generated across all servers within the inter-server system.

A series of special events are underway to celebrate the pre-registration launch:

• Milestone Bonuses: All pre-registrants will receive in-game rewards once the goal of 5 million participants is reached. Rewards include various items essential to a player’s growth in the game, such as the Rare Companion: Bardagi and Valkyrie Essence Card Pack. Different rewards can be obtained by pre-registering on the WEMIX PLAY platform, such as the Rare Companion: Gullinkrór and Dísir Essence Card Pack. Additionally, extra rewards such as Boss’s Feather and Shining Enhancement Stone Selection Box will be given out whenever pre-registration numbers hit new milestones.  
• WEMIX PLAY Bonus Draw: Held every Tuesday, players can earn entry tickets to the weekly bonus draw by simply pre-registering on the official website and on WEMIX PLAY, as well as by inviting friends. The 1st prize winner will win 25,000 WEMIX, and the 2nd and 3rd prize winners will win 6,250 WEMIX each. The referrer (if applicable) of the 1st prize winner will also receive 10% of the prize amount.   
• Exclusive Staking Event: WEMIX holders can participate in a competitive staking event for a chance to win exclusive non-fungible tokens (NFTs) with special options obtainable only through pre-launch WEMIX staking. The staking event will be held in four seasonal rounds, each with 25 staking pools. Each season lasts four weeks and a new season starts every fortnight. • Pre-Registration Special Event: The Valhalla Trials are now open, where players can earn points by completing missions such as pre-registering or taking part in the WEMIX staking event. Top players will receive additional in-game token YMIR airdrops based on their accumulated points. To encourage global community-building and drum up excitement pre-launch, players stand to earn more points when more friends are invited to participate in the events.
