GIB trading is live as of April 3, 2026.
To add an asset to your Kraken account, navigate to Funding, select the asset you’re after, and hit ‘Deposit’.
Make sure to deposit your tokens into networks supported by Kraken. Deposits made using other networks will be lost.

Inspired by the viral 2013 Dota 2 Diretide event, gib is one of the first ASCII-named tokens on-chain, a symbol that outlasted the joke. The GIB community powers gib.chat, an open-source AI assistant designed for the Hedera ecosystem. Backed by the Hedera Foundation, gib.chat serves as a helpful guide, offering trusted, up-to-date contextual links to what’s live on the network.
