Zcash developers have proposed the Ironwood network upgrade to strengthen supply verification following the discovery of a critical Orchard pool vulnerability. The proposal would allow node operators to independently verify ZEC’s circulating supply while introducing safeguards to prevent any potentially counterfeit funds from entering circulation.
