Cashy, a new crypto casino operated by the same company behind BitStarz, has committed $1 million USDC to directly pay out players who were denied legitimate winnings at other casinos. It’s a genuinely unusual initiative, and it’s independently corroborated, not just self-promotional copy.

The one real condition beyond having a valid complaint is that you have to go on a recorded call.
Approved claimants agree to a live, recorded video call as part of receiving payment. The transparency mechanism behind the initiative, and also, to be clear, the actual content engine behind its marketing value.
AskGamblers, a well-established, independent complaint and review platform, has published the Justice Fund as an official promotion on its own site, with a direct quote from its General Manager, Dijana Radunovic:
“This is an incredible move by Cashy and we’re pleased to be a part of it. Our AGCCS team is the best in the industry when it comes to recovering players’ winnings and withdrawals, but it’s impossible to help everyone.”
That’s a real, independent platform publicly attaching its name to this, not just Cashy describing itself.
There’s also a live, updating public dashboard tracking real activity.
As of this writing, Cashy’s own Justice Fund page reports 32 claims received, 7 cases resolved, $32,878.91 paid out in total, and $967,121.09 remaining in the treasury. That includes specific, named examples.
One resolved case paid $7,326.87 USDC on May 14, with an on-chain transaction hash, involving a player denied funds by a different operator, ZigZagSport Casino; a separate case paid 2,718.31 USDC to a player unable to recover funds from a now-closed casino.
7 resolved cases and roughly $33,000 paid out is real, verified activity, but it’s a small fraction of the $1 million pledged.
This is a genuinely new initiative (launched August 2026); it’s operating as described so far, just not yet at anything close to its full potential scale.
Cashy is direct about this itself. Its own FAQ states the initiative’s purpose plainly:
“Because the casino industry has a trust problem. Too many operators deny legitimate payouts and face zero consequences. We’re proving that accountability is possible — and exposing bad actors in the process.”
Both halves of that are genuine. Players with real, documented, unresolved complaints get an actual path to recovering money they’re owed. This a real, tangible benefit regardless of motive.
At the same time, every approved case is also, by design, a public story naming a specific competitor that didn’t pay, with Cashy positioned as the operator that did. That’s not a criticism of the initiative, but it’s worth understanding the dual purpose of this program.
Per Cashy’s own published rules: anyone with an existing, unresolved complaint on AskGamblers or Casino.guru, valued between $1,000 and $10,000 USDC, can apply.
This is reportedly available worldwide, as long as you can receive USDC. Cases involving clear terms violations, bonus abuse, chargebacks, sports betting or poker disputes, gambling losses, and complaints still open or in progress are excluded.
