Ether Machine received 150,000 ETH (≈ $654M) from Ethereum advocate Jeffrey Berns, who also joined its board. The company now holds more than 495,000 ETH (≈ $2.16B) and has $367M set aside for further acquisitions ahead of its expected Nasdaq debut.
2⃣ Gemini files for IPO
The Winklevoss twins’ exchange Gemini has officially filed for a Nasdaq listing under the ticker GEMI. It plans to raise up to $317M through the sale of 16.67M shares, targeting a total valuation of around $2.2B.
3⃣ WLFI token launch stirs markets
World Liberty Financial’s token, WLFI, started trading this week. The price jumped above $0.30 before slipping to the $0.21–0.24 range. The Trump family’s locked stake of 22.5B tokens is currently worth around $5B on paper. A recent 47M token burn was also announced to support price stability.
