TL;DR:
Binance launched a suite of traditional finance products that allows its users to navigate the full investment lifecycle from a single account, without switching platforms or currencies. The framework covers three distinct stages: exposure to the price of private companies before their market debut, direct buying and selling of listed shares, and tokenized exposure through bStocks.
Each product carries different rights and risks. Pre-IPO Perpetual Contracts do not grant equity ownership: they are derivatives that replicate the expected valuation of a private company with no expiration date. Direct shares, on the other hand, do confer ownership and its associated benefits, including dividends and voting rights. bStocks are tokens backed 1:1 by real shares held in a regulated account, publicly verifiable through Binance’s Proof of Collateral page.

The exchange’s first Pre-IPO Perpetual contract, SPCXUSDT—linked to SpaceX—, served as a gauge of global demand for early exposure to private companies. Between June 12 and 13, the contract was the second most traded on the platform, surpassed only by BTCUSDT. As of June 15, Binance accounted for more than 60% of the activity recorded across all venues tracking the instrument and led in open interest.
However, since these are futures, they may involve leverage, and if the IPO is postponed or cancelled, Binance announces the delisting date in advance and settles open positions transparently.

In the first week of direct stock trading, according to data from Binance Research as of June 5, 2026, users from various emerging markets accounted for more than 80% of volume. Around 39% of orders were for amounts below $100, reflecting a particular demand for small fractional positions. In total, users traded more than 1,100 different stocks and ETFs, with 124 assets surpassing $100,000 in volume.
Transactions are conducted using stablecoins—USDT, USDC, FDUSD, DAI, and $U—or BNB, eliminating the need for international bank transfers and currency conversions that typically raise costs and delay access to U.S. markets.
bStocks, meanwhile, can be withdrawn to any wallet compatible with BNB Chain, used in decentralized applications, and traded 24 hours a day on the exchange. Dividends are automatically reinvested through a rebasing mechanism called Multiplier. Active tickers include SpaceX (SPCXB), Tesla (TSLAB), NVIDIA (NVDAB), Circle (CRCLB), Micron (MUB), and Sandisk (SNDKB).
