CoreWeave’s CEO and another insider offloaded a combined $37.8 million worth of stock on September 1, drawing attention even as the company continues to post strong revenue growth.
CoreWeave, Inc. Class A Common Stock, CRWV
Michael Intrator, CEO and President of CoreWeave, sold $25,127,375 in Class A common stock. Transactions were priced between $80.45 and $82.81 per share. CRWV was trading at $84.56 on Thursday, meaning Intrator sold just below the current market price.
Intrator disposed of 307,692 Class A shares in total. Of those, 200,000 were sold directly. The remaining 107,692 were sold indirectly through Omnadora Capital LLC, an entity where Intrator is the sole manager of its managing entity.
The sales were carried out under a Rule 10b5-1 plan that Intrator adopted on November 20, 2025. These plans are set up in advance and are designed to remove any suggestion of opportunistic selling.
On the same date, Intrator converted 107,692 Class B shares into Class A through Omnadora Capital LLC. Class B shares convert to Class A on a one-for-one basis.
Separately, CoreWeave insider Kristen Mcveety sold 156,000 units at an average price of $81.63, bringing in $12,734,280. That sale reduced her direct ownership by 55.85%, leaving her with 123,313 units valued at just over $10 million.
Her transaction was also executed under a pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 plan and was disclosed to the SEC.
Despite the insider activity, the stock has been moving. CRWV was up $3.63 on Thursday to reach $84.56. Volume came in at 18.7 million units, below its average of 27 million. The 52-week range sits between $60.55 and $153.20.
