On the deal front, CrowdStrike announced plans to acquire the intellectual property of XM Cyber, including more than 45 patents and proprietary source code. The deal does not include revenue or customers.
CrowdStrike also formed a partnership with Cerebras Systems to boost AI detection and response capabilities. Cerebras will standardize on the CrowdStrike Falcon platform for its own security needs.
